Alive 90.5 is more than a community radio station — it’s a voice for Western Sydney.
But their visual identity didn’t reflect the energy, connection or diversity of their audience. They needed a brand that felt as inclusive and people-powered as their mission.

Through our brand strategy process, we uncovered a clear personality match: The Neighbour. Grounded in values like connection, trust, and belonging, this archetype gave us the perfect springboard to breathe life into the Alive 90.5 brand.

With that clarity, we brought their name — Alive — to life.

What we created:

  • A new brand identity inspired by energy, inclusion, and togetherness
  • A bold, colourful logo representing a community united in celebration
  • A five-point symbol shaped like people with their hands raised — representing their five core values: Community, Integrity, Respect, Passion, and Collaboration
  • A side-by-side “before and after” transformation to show the leap forward
